Q01: Can Modula HD Cameras used for stereoscopic (3D) filming?
Q02: Does Easylook System provide software updates for the Modula HD cameras?
Q03: Why do you refer to the Moula HD Cam as a family of cameras?
Q04: What do I have to watch out for after the Easylook Video Assist Quicktime upgrade?
A01: The Modula Junior HD Cam is the ideal camera for steroscopic (3D) filming: Due to their small size you can achive a stereo base (lens distance) below 6 cm (2.36 inch). Therefor no mirrors or prisms are needed and of course are the Modulas syncing perfectly. Easylook System developed a spezial rig which allows precision adjustments. With the Modula HD Cam it is possible to shoot stereoscopic in progressive and interlaced modes.

A04: The ease of operation and handling of the Easyslook Video Assist does not change through the upgrade. Please note :
-the new data format is not downward compatible to older firmware versions. Please reformat all hard disks with the Easylook Video Assist to avoid problems. (see also Manual Chapter IV/14)
Alternatively hard disks may be formatted FAT32 using the Easylook docking station and a Apple or Windows computer. Without third party software Windows is unfortunately only capable of formatting disks up to 32 GB in FAT32. This limitation in not present on Apple computers.
-after stopping a long recording of more than 8 minutes, there might be a slight delay of a a few seconds, until the recording ends
-after switching off the Easylook Video Assist, there might be a delay of up to 15 seconds until the unit completely shuts down
-the Delete All Takes command might take up 45 seconds until finished
-the Format Hard Disc command might take up 45 seconds until finished
